1 3/4 lbs ground beef
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/3 teaspoon ground cloves
1/3 cup tomato puree
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons onions, finely chopped
1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
1. In a large skillet, crumble beef and saute till cooked- drain fat and set aside In a medium saucepan over low heat, stir sauce ingredients till blended and heated Add onion and celery, stir to combine.
2. Add sauce and veggies to beef skillet, stirring to combine.
3. Simmer to heat through but not enough to soften/ mush the veggies.
4. Serve on rolls of your choice.
